Samarpan Society, with the approval of USAID, decided to work with its Medical arm concern, The Krishna Medical Centre Hospital, for the outreach activities. This was made possible by leasing and subletting of suitable vehicles for Mobile Medical Camps at 6 blocks of District Dehradun with an aim of providing quality healthcare through Diagnoses, Treatment and Referral to Centre of Excellence for further investigation & management as required. These mobile units have covered all the developmental block of the district of Dehradun on a proper route plan through the IEC, PRI members and community contacts by Satellite Unit Staff. As envisaged in the project, 6 Mobile Medical Units are operational in the field and conducting health camps.

Samarpan Society is helping its medical arm Krishna Medical Centre, Dehradun, the outreach partner for the project has established 05 Nos. of Satellite Centre in different locations of the project area namely Tiuni, Kalsi, Doiwala, Neelkanth (Yamkeshwar) & Tehri. These are functional since last week of the November 2022. Till 15th February 2023 total 629 patients got services from Satellite Units.
